General Information Who are we? Ckazka is based in Cardigan West Wales and has traded in the U.K. for over 15 years supplying the retail trade with products from Russia and Poland and now makes these products available "on-line" anywhere in the world. Is my money safe? We use the specialised "Actinic" encryption system which has never been defrauded. Your details are totally safe on this system as they are never "readable" until they arrive with us. Will I get what I order? We ensure that everything you see is available from our U.K. stock. We despatch within 48 hours of receiving your order by a method appropriate to the destination. UK is by recorded first class delivery. Overseas will depend on the weight and volume of the order. Shipping Charges Postage to all addresses in the United Kingdom is included in the price shown. For all other areas charges are shown in the ordering information. What if it doesn't arrive? Nobody is perfect. If your order has not arrived within a week (UK) and two weeks anywhere else TELL US. We will try to find out what has happened and offer either a credit or a replacement . Your stautory rights are not affected.
What if I am not happy? TELL US. The last thing we want is a reputation for being unhelpful or difficult to deal with. If something is wrong we can't put it right if we don't know!
